Policymakers and businesspeople visited the iToBoS prototype

During the Bosch Innovation Day held on September 23, 2023, the iToBoS project played a central role at Bosch Madrid.

After the presentations in the showroom, one of the highlights was going to the workshop and seeing the project in situ. PowerPoint presentations are good, but seeing real things is better! During the visit, the iToBoS scanner prototype sparked the interest of many visitors, mainly when the scanner began to move and the robotic arm approached the doll lying on the table.

Questions arose about patient safety, imaging accuracy, and the role of AI in diagnosis. The working prototype was explained by the person responsible for the Bosch project, Elena Pérez, and the electrical engineer, Rubén Guirado.
